Franky is 2 now!

WOW! I can't believe my little boy is 2 already. Yesterday Frank turned 2 years old. We went out to HTB for dinner and then came home for some bday cake. Where has the time gone? Yesterday I was watching each child and was amazed at how much they have grown and how fast time has flown by.
I remembered when our eldest Erin was born. The feelings of gratitude and humility came rushnig back to me and I remember thinking how wonderful the gift of life was and how blessed Poutu'a and I were to share in this special experience of raising children. Then I remembered each of the childrens births and how the same feelings of joy and gratitude were felt.
LIFE.....It's an amazing thing and it is only made possible through our Heavenly Fathers great Plan of Salvation and his son's infinate atonement.
It's through these 2 things that I'm able to enjoy my family not only for this life but also the life to come!

Quick trip to LA

We are back from our quick trip to LA from Samiuela's baptism on Saturday. It was an awesome service and it was great to see everyone. We planned this trip as a surprise and Ela didn't know we were coming.
We left Sacramento at 12;30am on Saturday morning and arrived at 7am, Ela was just waking up. He walked in and to the living room and was so surprised to see us there. He told his mum later that morning that he thought he was dreaming when he saw Jershon standing there hahahha.
The Baptism service was awsome. Lisiate is a great example to me with how he serves his family and in the gospel. We came home and Chris and I bbq'd hamburgers and hotdogs for all the kids and the then we sat around talking.
Sunday morning we woke up and went to Church for Ela's confirmation at 8am. Then it was back to the house for a quick nap then back in the car for the drive home. We finally arrived back on our driveway in Sacramento at 10pm.
It was a whirlwind trip but well worth it.
